Klipso lead mobile app

Qualify visitors during your event with Klipso lead mobile app. It’s an IOS and Android compatible application with a user friendly interface. An “Off-line” operation mode is also available so that you are not dependent on the network. You exhibitors should be equipped with an autofocus camera to flash the QR code. If not, they can rent one with preinstalled app.

Before activating their license on the Klipso lead application, your exhibitors must configure their surveys from their online exhibitor space. They have to check their orders and send it to us by email or post. An “actions” section has been created to remind exhibitors of the actions they will have to take (survey settings, application download, date, time and place of recovery / return of the reader).

Once the license key has been registered, the exhibitors can scan the QR CODE on each badge worn by participants. Once the data is synchronized, he can find all the scanned participants in his exhibitor space. He can access to the qualification sheet for each contact and sorted it by date or by company name.

Once scanned, the exhibitors will be able to qualify their leads either by the three fields already available, or by the survey already configured in their exhibitor space. At any time, from the home screen, they can come back to a participant’s file to modify it or simply consult it.

When using my Klipso Leads application, the exhibitors can if they wish cut their mobile data and operate in “offline” mode. This imperatively implies data synchronization with my “Exhibitor Area” as soon as I go back to “On-line” mode.

Once all the contacts have been synchronized, the exhibitor can download his file from his exhibitor area in XLS format (Excel). He will find in the Excel the participant’s contact details, some profile information collected on the pre-registration form and the answers to the questions (set by default or configured).
