It was necessary to ensure smooth online exhibitor registration, seamless pre-registration, comprehensive technical guidance for participants, and the availability and functionality of all necessary computer equipment. Additionally, Leni had to coordinate its activities internationally to ensure the successful execution of the event in Singapore.
Leni implemented a user-friendly online platform for pre-registration and exhibitor registration. This allowed participants to easily register before the event, avoiding queues and cumbersome administrative procedures on-site. A comprehensive technical guide was developed to provide exhibitors with all the necessary information about the event, booth locations, the technical services e-shop, etc.
